Mathematics is applicable to every industries particularly problem solving & critical thinking.

Mathematics is mainly categorized as theoretical mathematics and applied mathematics.

Theoretical maths is the study of abstract mathematical structure but applied mathematics is the application of mathematical methods used in different fields. Applied mathematics is the combination of mathematical science and specified knowledge. 

Industry roles vary greatly and the opportunities are endless based on your interests. People with advanced degree in mathematics and as interest in technology may work in several fields as computer programmer, software developer, data scientist etc.

According to US Bereau of labour statistics, during the period from 2018 to 2030, the job market of mathematicians is expected to grow by 30%. There are numerous career options for mathematicians. Statistician:

At a high level, they are professionals who apply statistical methods and models to real world problems. They gather,analyze and interpret data to aid in many business decision-making process. They analyze, apply and develop new mathematical theories and techniques to solve the problem.

Data Scientist: 

One of the fastest growing sector is Data scientist and they work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to achieve their goals. 

According to the report of IBM the demand of data scientist is increasing every year. 

Machine Learning:

It's the study of computer algorithms that provides systems the ability to learn automatically and improve from experience without being explicitly programmed, by using algorithms and statistics.

Currently machine learning and artificial intelligence are solving many problems. There is a massive shortage of AI experts in the market.

Business Analyst:

 Business Analyst works with organization to help them to improve their process and systems. They conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions of business problems and help to introduce these systems to business and their clients. The demand is also continually increasing.

Block Chain Developer:

From crypto currencies to logistics, block Chain is finding uses in multiple industries and is a technology of the future.

Salaries of BCD are 50% to 100% higher than the salaries of traditional development roles.

Banker:

Another prominent career choice among mathematical students is banking. Particularly investment banking plays eminent role now a days. Based on the analysis you can give investment advice to multinational companies for the safest place to invest.

Actuaries:

As an acturian, you have to analyse financial cost of risk, theories of interest rates, probability etc. They help business and clients develop policies to minimize the cost of risk involved.

 To become expert in acturial studies you should learn calculus 1,2,3 and linera algebra.

Economist:

Economist need to analyze the situation and provide necessary steps to undertake for the country's growth and growth in various sectors.

Algebra, calculus, graphs and statistics are the four major parts of maths used in economics.

Others:

Mathematics play a role in other fields like accounting, travel, cosmology & aeronautics, CA, healthcare analyst, architect etc.

             The service of India means the service of millions who suffer. It means the ending of poverty and ignorance and disease and inequality of opportunities.- Nehru

    In 1947 the country commenced the long march to overcome the colonial legacy of economic underdevelopment, poverty, illiteracy, disease, inequality and injustice.
  The task taken by the Indian people is nation building by the determination and confidence. Nationalism, secularism, democracy, economic development and social change were the basic things.
  First have to strengthen the Indian unity for making the nation and have to accept the fact of diversity in religion, region ethnic and  linguistic.
They have to setup the secular country and need to develop in indian agriculture and industry in technical and productive levels.
  The social change also required. Untouchability, male domination, caste system, women development. Only 25 percentage of male and 7.9 percentage of female were literate.
     The founders commit themselves in nation building and social engineering. First democratic and civil libertarian society with in illiterate people. Second economic development within democratic political structure.
   The poor people in under developed country were more interested in rice bowl theory than democracy. Economic development and democratic political order were rapid social transformation so that existing caste gender inequality poverty would eliminate and level will be raised.  Agarian reforms, state planning and strong public sector were major instruments.

           WHO is not a world doctor and it doesn't provide treatment or checking of patients. It publish information is only good at data received. It acts as advisor but cannot impose policies.

        Rest by NGOS and private sectors.

  It's multiple roles are universal health care, monitoring public health risk, setting high standard guidelines, coordinating international response, health emergency, fighting infectious diseases, promoting better nutrition, housing and sanitation.
     It's helps you for montior health for you and your family, recomend vaccine, safety of food, air, water and medicine. Striving some disease like influenza, HIV, cancer, heart disease and eliminating polio and small pox.

AGILE

   Agile is nothing but it's a software development, based on the requirements, solutions etc. Through adaptive planning, continual improvement, flexible response to change etc.

For example while developing MS word, developer first developed typing the document and save then later due to evolution color, fond, table etc all came. All the features are not developed in the same day. This is the way where agile is defined.

Agile is used in all the segments. Agile is nothing but identifying and reducing the unwanted works. It makes the work more easier, easy deliverable, welcome change, simplicity, classification etc.
In our work life how we use this:
Step 1We have to calculate the entire volume of work need to done.
Step 2 Group into two categories.
Step 3 Write down management expectation
Step 4 Employee efficiency
Step 5 Find the gap.
This is the easy way of how agile is working.
 
Visualize the work, limit WIP, make policy expert, manage flow, get feedback, improve and evolve and practice. Its just trial and error method. Same method won't worked out in all process. We have to check and evolve.
Try performing agile in day to day life. Give priority, empowerment and try.

Motivation - Be your own illuminator

     Attitude is a choice, happiness is a choice, optimism is a choice, kindness is a choice, giving is a choice, whatever, choices makes you. Choose wisely.

Don't be a borrowed light. Be like own producer. Borrowed light will reduce its power day by day. Be your own illuminator like sun. Borrowed light is moon, darkness comes and sun has to give light.

   We have to refresh our minds, don't think someone has to come and makes you. We have to do everything what we need.

  Learn every single day. Within one day nothing come. Even ants can wear out a rock. Try continuously. Persistence never fails.

  Get more experience, even failure is also a experience. If you have lot of experience you know how to proceed further. Fall so that you know how to stand if you fall. Your mind won't be stronger if you are not getting troubles.

    Think from different perspective. See different angle. If you see china wall from top of the wall its not straight. But if you see from moon, wall is a straight. See from heights where no one think about it.

Everyone have different talents. How we find and bring that out is important. How we express yourself is makes difference you from others.
  Everything is a choice. Choose wisely. Make clear what you want and go in that. Run in that. Grab it. Enjoy it. Achieve it.
