For example while developing MS word, developer first developed typing the document and save then later due to evolution color, fond, table etc all came. All the features are not developed in the same day. This is the way where agile is defined.
Agile is used in all the segments. Agile is nothing but identifying and reducing the unwanted works. It makes the work more easier, easy deliverable, welcome change, simplicity, classification etc.
In our work life how we use this:
Step 1We have to calculate the entire volume of work need to done.
Step 2 Group into two categories.
Step 3 Write down management expectation
Step 4 Employee efficiency
Step 5 Find the gap.
This is the easy way of how agile is working.
Visualize the work, limit WIP, make policy expert, manage flow, get feedback, improve and evolve and practice. Its just trial and error method. Same method won't worked out in all process. We have to check and evolve.
Try performing agile in day to day life. Give priority, empowerment and try.
