People can often ask me... What can I do to increase my happiness?
Happiness is not we have to buy or go somewhere and get. It lies within ourselves.
Selfcare:
Selfcare means need to take care of our body, mind and soul. Atleast 30 minutes you have to spend within yourself. Love yourself. Do what you like.
Dreaming Future :
Don't think about tomorrow. This moment is yours. Whether you worry or not, tomorrow will come and go as pre defined.Nothing will happen as you worried. So live this moment. Thank God for everything you have.
Positive Environment:
Avoid negative thoughts. People will ask what you doesn't have to make you feel depressed. Smile back and say good things about the present things what they have. So they start to feel positive. Be the change.
Don't compare:
Don't compare yourself within other people. Comparison is an emotional cutter. Be your own cheerleader and unique in your ideas. Spend time in investing,creating and caring. Give value to yourself. Plant a tree or take care of pets etc.
Forgive and be grateful:
Forgive what people done for you, and be thankful for what you have. Thank God for giving you wonderful family, friends,life etc. Be thankful for every moment.
For every moment of angry you will lose 60 seconds of happiness.
Be thankful.... Be happy.... Love your life ... Be confident... Enjoy every moment....Be with please smile... Enjoy...
